Ans: No! We purchase properties completely as-is, no matter the condition.

Ans: We pay all customary closing costs associated with the sale. You would only be responsible for the remaining mortgage balance (if any). There are no hidden fees and no commissions. The offer you get is what you receive.

Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
Ans: We’re not agents, so we wouldn't be listing it. We purchase homes that fit our criteria.. from there we may repair the house and resell it or keep it as a rental.

Ans: Yes! We don't mind purchasing with tenants in place.

Whats the difference between selling with you or a realtor?
We offer cash, and we can close as soon as 48 hours if needed vs listing with a realtor you would have to wait for potential buyers to show up, have open houses, then they have to figure out financing. With us, there is no bank financing inspections.
